About SIRS Compliance
Florida Senate Bill 4-D requires condominium associations with buildings 3 stories or higher to complete a Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) by December 31, 2024. This study assesses the condition and remaining useful life of major structural components.
Gulfside Villas has completed the required SIRS assessment. The full report is available upon request.
